The first of our Core Values is key for the whole school community. We expect all adults and children to treat each other with respect and to be considerate and compassionate.
Our curriculum and school events will encourage respect:
- for yourself - through work in PSHCE in understanding and celebrating our own individuality, strengths and needs.
- for others - by learning to understand each other, have empathy and develop true friendships with give and take; learning about people who live in different locations and at different points in history.
- for our school - by valuing school property and taking care of our resources; understanding our history and the traditions that are important to our community.
- for the World - by learning more about the wider World and ways that we can look after it
